Chunky Avocado Salsa

"This is the yummiest version of the classic guacamole dip. Full of healthy fats and fresh flavours, we love it!" 

  • 3 avocados 
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 75g onion
  • Handful fresh coriander
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
  1. Dice the onions, garlic, avocado and tomatoes. 
  2. Mix together.
  3. Squeeze over lime and add in some torn coriander.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Cover and place in fridge for an hour.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
