"A Greek Yogurt accompaniment great for salads, grilled meats and vegetable sticks. Perfect for a summer BBQ".

  • 375g Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
  1. Mince the fresh garlic or finely chop. 
  2. Grate half of the cucumber and squeeze until you get as much of the excess liquid out as possible. 
  3. Chop the rest of the cucumber into small similar size cubes
  4. Finely chop the fresh mint
  5. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix. 
  6. Season to your taste. 
  7. Garnish with some extra mint
  8. Enjoy!
