Kale Crisps

"Forget popcorn when you're watching a film! This moorish, healthy, high in green goodness snack is a hit!" 

  • bag of kale 
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp chill flakes (optional) 
  1. Preheat an oven to 175C/325F/Gas 3.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Wash kale and place on baking tray
  4. Drizzle with oil and season with salt - add some chilli flakes if you want an extra kick! 
  5. Bake until the edges brown this will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Leave to cool for 3-5 minutes
  7. Enjoy
