Sweet Potato Mash

Sweet Potato Mash

" The original sweet potato mash, simple and scrummy! " 

  • 2 sweet potatoes 
  • Organic unsalted butter 
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel the sweet potatoes.
  2. Slice into similar size chunks.
  3. Add into a pan of boiling water, or alternatively steam for 12-15 minutes. 
  4. Test with a knife and if you can push through the centre of the veg, it is ready.
  5. Remember, try not to let the veg lose its colour. 
  6. Take out, drain, add butter and season to taste. 
  7. Mash all together. 
  8. Serve and enjoy!
