Spicy Paprika Wedges

Spicy Paprika Wedges

"The best homemade wedges you can make! Smoky, sweet and crispy! Mmm!"

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  1. Slice up the sweet potatoes so they look like wedges.
  2. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl then place on a large baking tray in oven at around 200-220oC for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
