Skinny Fries

"Skinny sweet potato fries are absolutely scrumptious, an Eat Clean Cuisine classic!"

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp peri salt 
  • 2tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules
  • 1tbsp onion powder
  • 1tsp ground black pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  1. Pre heat oven to 220c/425f/Gas 8
  2. Cut sweet potato into thin slices, cut them in half then quarters then slice thingy into long rectangle frieds.
  3. Arrange sweet potato on non - stick baking sheet.
  4. Combine spices and sprinkle over the sweet potato fries.
  5. Sprinkle with a small amount of oil - dont let them get soggy
  6. Place in very hot oven and cook 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Shake half way through
  8. Enjoy!
