Ham and Halloumi Salad

Ham and Halloumi Salad

"A lovely, light salad to impress your friends with in the summer months. Perfect packed lunch box treat too!"

  • 50g halloumi
  • 50g cooked quinoa
  • handful of spinach 
  • 4 cherry tomatoes 
  • 75g ham hock 
  • ½ cucumber 
  1. Slice halloumi into thin, even slices and fry in a griddle pan for 2 minutes, either side.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half and slice the cucumber 
  3. Combine all the salad pieces together with the ham hock
  4. Enjoy!
