Mustard and Rosemary Grilled Pork Chops

"Quick and easy recipe for some lovely succulent pork chops, a family meal in fifteen minutes" 

  • 2 tbsp mild mustard
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • 2 sprigs rosemary 
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
  • 4 pork chops 
  1. Crush the garlic, add the mustard, oil, rosemary leaves, balsamic and season to your taste
  2. Add the pork chops and rub in the marinade 
  3. Leave for one hour, but over night if possible to let the flavours absorb
  4. Take the chops out of the marinade and place into a medium heated griddle pan 
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes turning ever 4 minutes, if the chops seem to go dry brush with some of the leftover marinade to keep them moist and juicy
  6. Serve with seasonal greens or try with quinoa - lovely!
  7. Enjoy!
