Cauliflower and Broccoli Bake

" This is the tastiest side dish yet! Lovely alternative to the usual steamed vegetables and really easy to do! Try this on your Sunday roast, it will soon become a family favourite! " 

  • 225g cauliflower
  • 225g broccoli 
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 heaped tsp whole coriander seeds 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • Salt 
  • Ground black pepper 
  1. Pre heat the over to 200 degrees. 
  2. Trim the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. 
  3. Coarsely grind the coriander using a pestle and mortar, or the back of a knife. 
  4. Peel the garlic and crush
  5. Add a small amount of the oil with the garlic coriander and salt and create a paste. 
  6. Add the rest of the oil and whisk, taste and season accordingly. 
  7. Put the vegetables into a large bowl with the mixture and mix using your hands until evenly spread. 
  8. Place into a baking dish and put into the over for 25-35 minutes. 
  9. Serve warm, enjoy!
