Vanilla Frozen Yoghurt, Blueberries and Dark Chocolate Sauce

"Quick, easy, low in sugar and satisfies that sweet tooth! Kiddies favourite!" 

  • 750g Greek Yoghurt 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
  • 1tbsp stevia syrup 
  • Handful of blueberries 
  • 6 Squares of 80% Dark Chocolate 
  1. Combine yoghurt, sweetener and vanilla extract into a bowl and stir thoroughly 
  2. Place mixture into an ice cream maker, or if you dont have one follow the instructions below
  3. Place into a large baking tray or pan
  4. Sit in the freezer for two hours or until the edges start to freeze over
  5. Take the mix out the freezer and stir with a spoon or whisk until creamy then refreeze
  6. Repeat the process until it is the texture you desire
  7. Top with your favourite topping or serve on top of a dessert
  8. Yummy!
