Peanut Butter Fudge Bites

"Never miss out on desserts ever again!!! An Eat Clean Cuisine must try!"

  • 60g flavoured protein powder (I used toffee)
  • 50g coconut flour 
  • 65g smooth peanut butter
  • 185g greek yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • Bar of 80% Dark chocolate 
  1. Mix all ingredients apart from the chocolate in a bowl until you get a dough texture 
  2. Press down into a brownie style tray, evenly. 
  3. Place into the fridge for 2-3 hours until firm 
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a Bain Marie and spread across the top of the fudge 
  5. Set back into the fridge for a further 10-1 minutes 
  6. Cut into small squares and serve 
  7. Store in the fridge
