Mug Cakes

Mug Cakes

"Hitting the gym hard and trying to keep a high protein, low sugar diet? Look no further!" 

  • 1 scoop of flavoured whey protein
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 egg whites 
  • 1 tbsp stevia 
  • 2 squares 80% dark chocolate 
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • greek yogurt
  • toppings of choice 
  1. In a mug , mix together protein powder, stevia, and baking soda.
  2. Stir in eggs and almond milk, beat and mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Microwave mug on high for one minute. 
  4. The cake will rise over the top, stop the microwave and push the batter back into the mug and then start again
  5. Once the cake has cooked, take it out of the microwave and top with melted dark chocolate and greek yogurt
  6. Enjoy
