Guilt free Mojitos

Guilt free Mojitos

" Don't miss out on the fun! These cocktails are still just as amazing, just without the sugar! "

  • 1 lime
  • Bunch of mint
  • 2 heaping tablespoon agave syrup 
  • 50ml white rum  
  • Soda
  • Ice
  1. Quarter the limes and put 2 wedges in the bottom of each glass. 
  2. Muddle until fully juiced, you can use a muddle or you can use the back of a spatula for example. 
  3. Add in the agave syrup and repeat. 
  4. Hit the mint leaves between your hands to release the flavours and add. 
  5. Crush the ice if it isn't already, wrap in a tea towel and hit with a rolling pin. 
  6. Add the ice into the glass.
  7. Add in 25ml of rum into each glass. 
  8. Stir with a long spoon to mix all together. 
  9. Top with soda water. 
  10. Top with ice. 
  11. Garnish with mint and lime. 
  12. Enjoy!
