Sausage and Egg NoMuffin

" Having to get out bed early to try and make the drive through, no thanks... No more worries, and looking after yourself at the same time. The ultimate hangover breakfast is here! " 

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 x 97% pork sausages 
  • Handful of spinach 
  • 2 tsp coconut oil 
  1. Start by adding some coconut oil a frying pan. 
  2. Place a metal, circle cutter into the pan and crack an egg inside of it. Alternatively use a small circle pan and you can shape afterwards. 
  3. Fry until cooked, then flip. Repeat with the other egg. 
  4. Remove the sausage meat from the skin and again form the shape, or use the cutter to make the circle shape. 
  5. Fry in coconut oil for 5 minutes on each side. 
  6. Season with salt and pepper. 
  7. Assemble - egg, spinach, sausage, spinach, egg! 
  8. BOOM! Enjoy!
