Peanut Butter Protein Tower

Who doesn't love protein pancakes? 

  • 1 banana 
  • 4 squares of 80% dark chocolate 
  • 3 tbsp of almond butter 
  • 1 Scoop vanilla whey
  • 1/2 cup of oats 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt 
  • 1tsp coconut oil 
  1. Blend oats in a blender or nutri bullet. 
  2. Stir dry ingredients together.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix well to form a batter. 
  4. Heat pan on medium heat. 
  5. Add coconut oil and heat up. 
  6. Add a spoon full of batter to the pan, cook for 3o seconds each side until brown. 
  7. Slice the banana and start to layer. 
  8. Pancake, nut butter, banana and so on. 
  9. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, putting on a medium heat for 20 seconds and then stirring. Continue until melted.
  10. Immediately drizzle over your protein pancake tower! 
  11. Eat and enjoy!!!
