Crunchy Fruit and Nut Bowl

"Quick, easy and kind to the piggy bank. This crunchy bowl of goodness provides energy for your busy days and is perfect for all the family"

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 50g coconut shredded
  • 1 Mango, chopped
  • 50g blueberries
  • 50g Strawberries
  • 30g chopped pecans
  • 30g chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds 
  1. Melt the coconut oil 
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, stir through the oil
  3. Chill for an hour.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
