Banana Pancakes

Banana Pancakes

"Delicious start to the day. Packed with energy, easy to do and only two ingredients. These fruit pancakes are a must try." 

  • 1 mashed up banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  • Toppings of your choice: Fresh fruit, yoghurt, maple syrup, nuts. 
  1. Heat oil in pan on a medium heat
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the banana, to make a batter
  3. Add batter into the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. 
  4. Flip and make sure the pancake is golden brown on both sides. 
  5. Top with whatever you wish and enjoy!!
