Banana and Oat Cookies

"Yum yum in my tum! Healthy, goey cookies - yes you heard me! Everyone loves these! Great post workout and on the go!"

  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • 100g rolled oats 
  • 2 tsp cinnamon 
  • Handful of dried fruit 
  • Dash of agave syrup 
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Mush up the bananas with the back of a fork 
  3. Add the cup of oats, dried fruit, cinnamon and agave syrup
  4. Stir all together until evenly mixed
  5. Put baking paper on the baking tray and scoop even size cookies out with a spoon, form into balls then push down into a cookie shape
  6. Pop into the oven for 15 minutes 
  7. Remove from oven and leave on the side to cool
  8. Top with dark chocolate or any other toppings and serve in a cool, dry place. 
  9. Enjoy!
